I am a Master of Laws and Bachelor of Economics with over 15 years experience.

I cut my teeth at Price Waterhouse (as it then was) followed by time at commercial law firm Arnold Bloch Leibler prior to going solo.

I have a solid understanding and appreciation for most areas of commercial law, including contracts, corporations law, intellectual property, franchising, tax, succession planning, trusts, partnerships, etc.
